How We Work

We Complete Every Step Carefully

focusing strictly on direct community initiatives and excluding awards and external cultural programmes.

01

Identifying Needs on the Ground

We visit underdeveloped rural villages, government schools, and poor slum areas around Ahmedabad to identify the most urgent educational, environmental, and basic survival needs of children and families

02

Designing Target-Oriented Programs

We develop focused campaigns tailored to solve these specific challenges, structuring our initiatives around educational support, women’s vocational and literary empowerment, local health drives, and eco-friendly alternatives

03

Hands-On Field Execution

Our volunteers take direct action on the field—personally distributing educational kits to students, serving nutritious food in slums, donating warm blankets in winter, and supplying handmade paper bags to local vendors

04

Spreading Awareness & Unifying Communities

We use our community camps and events to educate the public, promote environmental sustainability, celebrate national martyrs, and inspire citizens to rise above caste and religious discrimination to build a harmonious nation

FAQ

General Question

Our efforts extend to collaborating with the government to improve school management and ensuring access to meaningful learning opportunities for those from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

What is the core mission and vision of the Usha UR Foundation?

Established in 2020 by founder Miss Princy Inquilab (P.R. VANA), the foundation’s vision is to raise women and children out of poverty, illiteracy, and ignorance. Our core objectives include promoting women’s empowerment, securing women’s rights, providing quality education and vocational training to students, and working towards building a drug-free, harmonious nation

Launched on 4 July 2022 to commemorate the death anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, this is our primary educational support project. Under this campaign, our teams visit government schools in underdeveloped rural areas around Ahmedabad to distribute school bags and complete educational kits to underprivileged children, ensuring they have the tools needed to continue their learning

To tackle plastic pollution, the foundation initiated an anti-plastic campaign on 23 July 2022 (the birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Chandrashekhar Azad). In response to the Gujarat government’s plastic ban, we distribute handmade paper bags to buyers and vegetable vendors in village markets near Ahmedabad, actively raising local awareness about replacing harmful single-use plastics with eco-friendly alternatives

Our blood donation drives—including the Lahu Bolta Hai camp in Daskoi Taluk and our Republic Day drive in Kathwad are organized to save lives and foster national unity. Inspired by the ideals of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, these camps encourage citizens to rise above caste and religious discrimination by donating blood to help their fellow human beings in critical need
